I don't remember with the twins, but with the baby he's been on a 2 hour schedule. Usually wakes up around 8 & eats, 2 hours later it's eating and naptime, sleeps for about 2 hours, eats again, 2 hours later he eats & naps for 2-3 hours, then gets up around 4 or 5 pm, eats again, try to keep him up til about 7 pm, do bath, eat & bedtime. In bed by 7:30 pm.

My boys are 5.5 months and here is the schedule they generally follow. I would love to say it works this way everyday but like all babies somedays things fall apart.

    7am - wake/ 8oz bottle
    9am - nap
    11am - wake 7oz bottle
    12:30 - food serving
    1pm - Nap
    3pm - Wake 7oz bottle
    5pm - Catnap (usually 20 mins)
    5:30 - 7oz bottle
    6:30- cereal feeding
    7pm - Bed

The boys are 5.5 months. They were on a typical 3 hour schedule until they turned 5 months and then they started staying awake all morning and taking a long afternoon nap.

    8:30 wake/7 oz bottle
    11 7 oz bottle
    11:30-3 or 3:30 Nap
    3:30 7 oz bottle
    5:30 some times a catnap
6:45 1 oz juice bottle for constipation
    7/7:15 bath
    7:30 bottle
8 bed(they both sleep through the night)

So my girls are 6.5 mos but are only 5 mos adjusted. They have pretty much been on a 4 hour schedule since they came home from the NICU.
Like everyone else, this is how it works on a good day.

    530am bottle
    730am wake
9am down for nap (1 hr)
1015am food serving followed by bottle
1130/1200 down for nap (2-2.5 hrs)
    230pm bottle
330/4pm down for nap (1-1.5 hrs)
615pm cereal serving followed by bottle
    7pm bedtime

Bottles are all 6oz and they eat anywhere from 3-6oz. They've never been huge eaters and are on the smaller side so I've finally accepted that they eat less than other kids.. plus it's not like I can force them to eat more than they want! On good nights they sleep through, usually we have to get up a couple times to replace a pacifier or reposition them (they get their legs stuck through the slats)
