For me, I stopped pretty much from the beginning. :blush: First it started off because I was so sick that I was never in the mood and then it turned into being afraid something would happen. ardon: It was a mutual decision for me and my husband as we didn't want to risk anything. same here. I asked at every appt. and they said as long as I wasn't having any issues that I could continue. I delivered at 38 weeks and I think we did the deed at 37 weeks. By that time, it was just getting uncomfortable but still no complications.
Thanks. I'm new here. 23 wks with mono/di girls. With our previous 2 kids, I went into labor the morning after we had intercourse. I always thought that having sex is the natural way of being induced. We have been doing ok so far, but lately after sex my stomach becomes so hard and I think maybe it's time to stop.?
My stomach always gets hard too. It scared me at first, but I've made it this far with no problems. I am due for a c-section on Wednesday. :yahoo: DH and I have slowed down quite a bit though. It's been about a week since the last time. Right around Christmas.
We were told to stop pretty much as soon as we found out we were having twins. But then, we had have bleeding episodes on and off since week 8.
We carried on till 31 weeks when we were told to stop due to PTL issues. We were given the green light last week (@37 weeks) to resume normal activities
