My Twins will be one at the end ofthe month. I keep debating on keeping them in the same room nor. The twins are boy/girl and wr have a daughter 11 months older than hthe twins. I'm debating putting the girls together and having Gavin in his own room. Yet they sleep great sharing the same room. When/if did you seperate your b/g twins.

Mine are 2 and I have not separated them yet. My plan was to wait till they wanted to be separated. They love being together and actually sleep better together than apart. It is also nice for me in the mornings because they chatter and play in their cribs more than they would do if they were alone. I am having a girl in October and will put her in her own room and only make the two girls share when my older DD doesn't want to be in the "boy" room anymore.

our b/g twins are 3 and still sharing a room. some days I think they would go to sleep easier if they were separated, but it really is cute in the mornings to hear them chattering together! I hope to have them share for a couple more years or maybe longer if they want. we'll see.

I have boys, so it's not exactly the same, but I think it would be easier for a while to keep the twins together, just because they're on the same sleep-schedule age-wise, while your older DD might be on a different schedule. :pardon: I am in the same boat as Shelley, in that I think my guys would sleep better alone, but they really like being together, and they have a lot of fun in the mornings. :) We only have 2 bedrooms in our house, so separating them at this point isn't a possibility!

I thought about it. But we decided to keep them in the same room as log as they want. We have g/b twins. They love to chitchat before falling asleep or after waking up. Michelle always wakes up before Nolan for nap time. And she always calls Nolan so he wakes up and plays with her lol. They are sad when they play alone. So why should I separate them??? They are a great team

My boy girl twins will stay together for the foreseeable future. I think it would be fine to put your girls together - especially since they are only 11 months apart (wow, by the way!).
