Sciatica

Ok, I am whining now. My sciatica is killing me. I cannot move without pain. If I try to lift my right leg, pain shoots through my butt. Is it still safe to go to the chiropractor? Can they even do anything for it?

 

As far as I know, you can continue to go to the chiropractor right up until the end. My chiro has a table made specifically for pregnant women that adjusts to accomodate the big belly. Just make sure he has plenty of experience with treatment during pregnancy.

Ouch that does hurt, I remember it when I was pregnant with my girls. I hope the chiro. can help somehow. I just took ALOT of warm baths.

 

I don't have any advice since I've never had that, but I do hope you are able to at least find a temporary solution. Hugs to you!

I have been doing hot baths as well as sitting on the heating pad but it doesn't really help much. I will be trying to get a chiro appt soon.

 

That definitely doesn't sound like a fun way to spend your pregnancy!! I hope your Chiro is able to help relieve some of your pain!!
