My boys wake at 5.30 am every morning and although I can handle it (my hubby takes them for a walk) it would be nice if they slept longer! I just wondered what other mums do food/nap wise at this age. Maybe its a food/nap thing. Maybe its nature! I give protein meal at lunch as I always thought it would give them more time to digest when they were younger - but now they are older maybe it would be best to move it to 5pm. We do this:
    5.30 wake
    6/6.30 bottle (7 oz)
    7 breakfast

8.30 nap 30-1 half hours (not consistent)

    11 lunch protein + water

    12.30/1 nap - 30 - 1 half hours

    2.30 bottle (7 oz)

    5.00 dinner

    6.30 bottle (7 oz)

    6.30/7 sleep

    Thanks for sharing yours.

Here is what we do on the weekends, when my little ones will sometimes sleep until 8.

7:30 am - Wake up and nurse
8:30 am - Breakfast, usually fruit and cereal
    10:00 am - 6 ounces formula, nap
11:30 am - Wake up and nurse
    12:00 - Lunch, veggies/fruit/yogurt/?
    2:00 pm - 6 ounces formula, nap
4:30 pm - wake up and nurse
6:00 pm - Dinner, veggies, meat, some finger foods, a cookie,
    7:00 pm - Nurse
    8:00 pm - 4 ounces formula, bedtime.

The food is never really set in stone, I just feed them whatever I feel like. We don't do a lot of meats yet, because I make most of their food, and I haven't ventured into making meat baby food.

Mine are 9 1/2 months old.

    Here's mine:
    7:30-wake-up, bottle
    9:00-breakfast
    10:30-11:30-nap
    12:00-lunch
    2:00-bottle, nap
    4:30-wake up, bottle
5:30-snack (we only do this b/c Dh gets home from work around 7. If he got home earlier I would give them a snack when they woke up from their afternoon nap, and then dinner would be earlier)
    7:00-dinner
    8:30-bottle, bedtime

I'm going to go to three bottles in a few weeks, so after their afternoon nap I will drop the bottle and replace it with a sippy cup.

Mine are not quite 10 months yet but this is kind of our schedule:

7:30 ish: wake up, cereal, bottle
    9:30-10:00-nap
11:00: finger foods(could be waffles, toast, egg yolk, cheese, pancakes), vegetable, sippy cup & puffs
    2:00 fruit, puffs, bottle
    2:30 ish-nap
5:00 cut up meat, veggies, bottle
    8:00 nighttime bottle

We'll be going to 3 bottles soon, I'm not sure which bottle we'll be dropping yet, probably the 2 one.

Mine schedule is almost the same as yours. Mine were waking at 5:30 and my dh would give them a bottle change them, put the music back on and leave the room. I didn't go in until 6:30. I have noticed now that they are older they are sleeping in a bit longer say 6 am or 6:30. I've kept up the bottle and back into bed for a bit of mommy waking up time. I think it really is an age thing.

You are doing a great job mommy !!

    8am Breakfast (cereal w/ fruit)
    9am 5oz bottle, nap for 1 hour'ish
12pm Lunch (veggies, crackers/cheerios/puffs, yogurt, cheese or whatever...)
    1pm 5oz bottle, nap for 1 to 1.5 hours
    3:30pm Snack
    5pm Dinner (meat, veggies, puffs)

My two are 10.5 months old.
Our schedule is a little odd because we work around DH's work schedule. He works 4pm-midnight, so we go to bed late and wake up late.
    Here it is:

10am-11am- babies usually wake up sometime in here, but play in their crib until 11am
11am- breakfast- usually pancakes, waffles, or toast with fruit and water in a sippy
    Noon(ish)- 8oz bottle
    1pm- nap
2:30-3pm- they wake up and come downstairs
3:30- lunch- usually a veggie, yogurt, and sometimes dried fruit pieces, cheese, or puffs and water
    5pm(ish)- 8oz bottle
    5:30pm- nap
7pm- wake up from nap and have a snack- usually Cheerios or puffs, sometimes yogurt melts
8pm- dinner- either steamed veggies with baby food meat or some sort of Gerber meal and water
    9pm(ish)- 8oz bottle
9:45pm- bath time on nights we do baths
    10pm- bed time

Mine are 10 months in 3 days...and they sleep till 6:30-7AM...

SO say they wake up at 7AM...

    7AM- Bottles, diapers, playing

8AM- 1/4 Cup Oatmeal mixed with one Stage 3 fruit or a whole banana.
*Literally, right after this...DS goes straight to his crib and takes a 2 hour nap, but DD stays awake*

    11AM- 8 oz bottle
*they get little snacks- like munchies, puffs, etc. and sippy cups with water, too when we go outside in the grass*

    3PM - 8 oz bottle

4:30PM - Dinner; They mostly eat homemade food but when they happen to eat out of jars they eat about- 2 Stage 3 dinners EACH and they split a Stage 3 fruit and 1/4 Cup of Oatmeal.
baths, playtime. Usually, I crawl with them on the floor for about an hour and get them super tired!

    6:30PM- 8 oz bottle

*and they are out before 7:30PM*

I never tried to put my children on a schedule, they did this all themselves. And obviously it is not 100% accurate as times change. The only thing I make sure of is that they do NOT get a bottle past 3PM, that they are in their high chairs at 4:30PM and that they do not get a bottle before 6:30 PM.
I feel that the bedtime routine is the most important! And to make sure they are hungry enough for their dinner so they eat lots to fill them up :)
