Scary thing happened last night

We put the twins down to sleep last night and I went in to read to my oldest. One of the twins was crying (usually does the first few minutes) but then he started wailing. My husband went in to check on him and his blanket was wrapped around his neck twice. He was only in bed for a few minutes and he managed to roll so many times that this happened. Thank goodness my husband reacted fast (which is a shock in itself). Needless to say we don't have blankets in the crib anymore. It is a good thing it has been pretty warm here. When we woke up this morning he did have a little red line across the front of his neck.

How scary!!! Good thing your husband went in when he did!!!

(I still don't have a blanket in with my guys....don't know what I will do when they outgrow their sleepy sack though!!)

How scary! Glad he's ok. We stopped putting blankets in their cribs when they started rolling over. At that point they wouldn't keep them on anyway and it just always worried me. When they stay with my mom, she always tries to cover them up, which of course doesn't work, so she'll go in later once they're asleep and cover them. She's so afraid they'll get cold. They never seem to though. I just adjust their pajamas to the temperature of the room.
