scared

I am in the hospital with pretrrm labor and on 3 grams of Mag Sulfate. They told me today I have to come off and see what happens. They said they are ready for a c section and they already gave me the shots for the girls.
I am 28 weeks and scared to death....please pray for me and my family.

Prayers out! I would be scared too and so my heart goes out to you. Thank goodness for medical technology, but more importantly I know God is watching over you and with Him everything will be ok. Hugs!

they got me off the meds, and the first couple of days were very scary had a specialist come in and give me the odds of survival. But in the end the contractions slowed and after 5 days of observation I am home. I am not allowed to sit up unless to eat, and 5 min showers. I have ultra sounds every week or sooner to keep on eye on growth. MJ is 2.6 pounds and Ariel is 2.9 pounds, but that was as of last Wednesday. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts, this last 2 weeks have been the scariest of my life.

 

I'm so glad you are still pregnant! Each day is a victory for you and the babies. :hug:

Now at week 32 and babies are doing great job baking. But I am getting very restless and just want out of bed....sigh

Glad they are still in there! You rock! Bedrest must be so tough, I can't imagine!! I know babycenter has a bedrest board, if you are willing to put up with all the garbage that goes on there. I lurk on a couple of boards there purely for the entertainment
