I used Clorox wipes after they went to bed for the night about 1-2x's a week. I later read that it can be ingested, so I'm not sure I would do that again! There is a Clorox spray that is safe for high chair trays and toys once it dries. That's what I use on bath toys now.

I put all their hard toys on the top shelf of the dishwasher. Works like a charm.
I put all their stuffed toys, mats, blankets etc in the washing machine on HOT.

I just put them in the dishwasher or wash them in the sink in soapy water. We use the sanitizing wipes to wipe down the swings at the park, shopping carts, etc. I use hand sanitizer on their hands after they touch anything or anyone in public.

You can wash smaller items like rattles, and teethers and pop them into the bottle sterilizer.

I use Clorox wipes on everything and give the play area a quick spray down with Clorox anywhere spray at night. The pedi said it's harmless.

I use a vinegar/water mixture on almost everything these days. It's very safe and effective(and cheap!).

I agree with vinegar & water, it's safe & kills just as many germs as bleach!

I use 1 tbsp bleach to 5 gallons water and soak then rinse. With soft toys I wipe them down with clorox wipes. Washing toys has destroyed some of mine :(
