Sign up for their Helping Hands program to receive newsletter and a free stop sign shaped tag that says "Wash your hands before touching mine". N&M got their first shots of the season Wednesday (tears, blood-curling screams and lollipops) and they gave me a sign for each of them to hang on the stroller or carseat carriers. Here's the link to the program.

I haven't signed up for the newsletter yet. I only looked at it long enough to figure out how to get the stop signs for others. N&M are getting the Synagis shots again this year. The clinic gave me a welcome packet for each baby and the signs were in it. Is there a contact us section on the website? Maybe you could call and explain you have twins or maybe your mom or other relative could sign up with one twin? Good luck with getting a second sign.

I hope the information is useful and helps keep our babies safe.

Do you mind if I ask how N&M qualified for a second year of synargis shots. I have been told mine don't qualify.

I’m honestly not sure why they qualified. Their pedi recommended them and our insurance company (Humana) approved it w/o me having to do anything. I was more than surprised b/c of some of the posts I’ve read here. The only risk factors they have that I can think of are they were born at 31w 4d (N = 4.8lbs and M = 4lbs which is technically low birth weight) and they go to daycare. They have no lingering respiratory problems and no one smokes (Yea!). They seem no different than some of the others I've read about who haven't been approved. Next time we go, I’ll ask my ped why he thinks they were approved.
