Rolling over

When they learned to roll over, was it back to belly or belly to back??
How old were they??

 

I think it was around 3mos. and mine went belly to back first. My sister has a baby one week older than mine; however, and she started a little earlier and went back to belly first.

Both of mine rolled over about a week before christmas -- so about 3.5 months -- both were belly to back (as they really HATE tummy time lol ;-) ) One one seems at all interesting in back to belly - but he can only get on his side right now.... my other one seems much more interested in learning to sit up then roll anywhere...

 

I cant vote. To this day Thomas rolls from tummy to back only and Elizabeth from back to tummy only!

 

Within in the same day both boys did both. That was the same day we brought them home from the NICU. I thought it was just a fluck. It wasn't. I can't vote, because they did both.

 

Belly to back, 9 weeks. It really interfered with tummy time.

 

Kaitlyn is going from back to belly, and going all over the living room floor!! She started this week, but rolled for the first time at 2 months.

Same here I can't vote either. Hope rolled from belly to back first and Grace rolled from back to belly first. I think they were about 3.5 months. They rolled within a day of each other.

Mine rolled belly to back first, both within the last 2 weeks. DD can roll back to belly (she likes to sleep on her belly at night), but not very consistently, usually she just cries until someone comes and flips her over.
