Return Policy at Motherhood Maternity?

Hi mommies and mommies to be,

I bought several items at Motherhood about a month ago. Well yesterday I tried on one of the dresses I bought, and stood there wondering why on earth I bought it, it looked awful!

Before I go digging for my receipt, I was wondering if anyone knew what their return policy is? I bought it in the store, fyi. I seem to remember that they don't even allow returns, but I'm hoping I might be wrong.

Thanks. I saw that as well, but it appears to be only for orders placed online or by phone, not in-store purchases.

I did some more looking and the only things I can find say 7 days or 10 days, with a receipt. I haven't bought maternity clothes in over a year, but I remember it being really strict. I'm guessing without your receipt, you're out of luck.

 

If I'm remembering right, it was only 10 days; sorry. Their policy is pretty strict.

I can't tell you how much stuff I have that was never worn from there that I couldn't return!!

 

I am pretty sure that sale items are definitely not returnable.

 

Basically thier's is a no return policy. they explain that to you when you buy the stuff and even make you initial your receipt so you cant play, the I didnt know game.

 

I agree with what PP said...you could always try to sell on Craigslist/ebay...

 

yep, their return policy is horrible. I think you can return (certain time period) but only for store credit. I will never go back there.

I just bought some things Friday (my darling brother & sis-in-law gave me a $100 gift card for Christmas ). Nothing on the clearance rack can be returned.. no bras, nightgowns pillows. Then regular priced stuff only has 10 day EXCHANGE only. I made sure I tried everything on and made sure it was what I wanted! They do have a bit of a strange return policy. I mean what if my brother had bought me clothes?? then I would have been stuck. Anyhoo... sorry maybe you can find someone else who can use it or buy it from you.
