Does it happen after you eat?
My gall bladder problems started about that stage in my pregnancy and the first sympton was vomiting about 30 minutes after eating (only sometimes after high fat foods, but it took a while for me to make that connection). The next sign was tenderness on my right side or just being uncomfortable laying on my right side. My doctor just said it was my growing uterus pressing on my stomach until I finally had a full blown attack.
So just try to be aware of when you feel nausious and see if it comes after you eat (moring sickness is more likely on an empty stomach) and check to see if you have any tenderous under your right ribs at that time.

You may actually want to ask your doctor about reflux. I thought I was having morning sickness all through my pregnancy, and when I finally mentioned to my doc that I was still sick in the late second trimester, early third, he prescribed Ranitidine, a prescription antacid. He said that the nauseated, pukey feeling can be confused with reflux, because your sphincter above your stomach doesn't close properly, and you get a splashing effect, as well as bad taste, bad burps, anything like that. I didn't have the actual heartburn feeling, so i was kinda doubtful. But when I started the Ranitidine, it took a few days, and I was able to go off my diclectin (MS drug). It was so nice. Plus, it kills two birds with one stone, Im no longer experiencing the nausea/vomiting...AND I can eat food with spices on it again! and tomato sauce as well.

It might be worth a shot to ask the doctor about it and see if he thinks it could help, I think I was around your time when I started it and it definately helped.
