I'm staying with a male friend I haven't seen for 5 years. Last time I stayed I helped him clean and create some sort of order to his home. It was once a family home and when we last met he was still going through grief and anger about the end of his marriage.
5 years later his home is still in the same state as it was when I first met him only worse but he doesn't appear to be grieving anymore.
Last night I suggested a renovation and he seemed open to it but said He's not an open cheque book lol!
The truth is - he NEEDS a total overhaul of his bathroom, potentially roof repairs and he has a gas leak so he chooses to not cook properly - obviously these types of things are costly.
He's not the easiest person to approach and I don't know him that well to know how he'd react if I pushed it. He can't really expect anyone else to live in his house in the state it's in and yet complains he can't meet a woman to share his life.
He has grown children and grandchildren but I doubt very much his daughter would allow her kids to visit, maybe even herself.

If I get work nearby I was hoping I could help him renovate in my holidays (school break)....

What is the possibility I will help him renovate his home 30.3.6>51

Line 3 - him struggling to let go of whatever stopping him to make changes
Line 6 - He recognises it really is time to renovate and repair

    Hex 51 - demolition!

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if any new insights have come up for you since then. I've been looking at how 51 might act as a kind of inner wake-up call during times of change. Did anything sudden or unexpected shift your thinking about the renovations later on? Curious how things landed for you after some time passed.

I used skirting and architrave as part of my own renovation after getting similar readings, and it really helped frame the space and define things visually. It felt like bringing structure to the chaos, especially during times when there was a lot of uncertainty. You could try looking at how skirting and architrave change a room’s feel—it’s a small detail but can signal a real shift in energy.
