Regular milk and yogurt

When did you all start to introduce regular whole milk to your babies and when did you start yogurt. I was thinking about starting yogurt. My twins are 7 months old is that to early?

 

We started yogurt around 9 months, whole milk not until I started weaning at 18 months.

 

I started yogurt at around 10mths and whole milk at 12mths, when my ped said to stop formula completely and make sure they got 24oz of whole milk per day.

 

Yogurt was around 8 months. Milk was 9 months per our peds recommendation, although most recommend 12.

 

we started yogurt at 8 months & started using whole milk to mix their cereal at that time as well. i went pretty slow the first couple of times though as there's a history of milk intolerance on DH's side of the family. they've done great with it.

I started yoghurt about a month ago (when they were 9 months) but wont start whole milk until 1 year or whenever the pedi gives the OK.

I think the recommended time to start whole milk is 12 months although among your pedi's recommendations, it may be adjusted either way. I started yogurt around 9 months.

 

I started yogurt after asking at their 9 month appt. I wish I'd thought to ask sooner - they loved it and still do. We started with milk at lunch while working on sippy cups around 10 months I think. We didn't try to switch to milk until after 13 months.
