Recurring UTIS-on last safe meds

    Is this normal? i have had 3 antibotics back to back now:( i started with amoxicillian-didnt work-macrobid-didnt work-i STILL have a UTI and im on one more antibotic that is deamed safe for pg:(---I bought some cranberry juice and im going to be drinking so much water my eyes will float-ha! PLEASE someone tell me this is a normal twin pg thing-even with my 2 singeltons the antibotics has always worked and i dealt more with Yeast Infections- My belly is getting bigger/higher that could be why? My question is i catch them right away within days im on the meds-but how do i know they are ok? i thought my ms was gone completely but for 2 days now i have thrown up; with no washroom in site somethings-blush-i didnt make it today to the washroom --My BBS are actually MORE sore then when i started im sure they went up a 1/2 cup size in less then few weeks--My next real appt isnt til the 6th then i can talk U/s with my GP-im nervous/stressed-ANYone gone tru this? will it be ok?

    You poor thing. I don't have suggestions for you, but I wanted you to know that cranberry juice is listed as a bladder irritant on a list given to me by a urologist I saw once. I'm not sure why there is a push to drink it when you have a UTI if it is an irritant.

    really? i keep hearing cranberry juice-oh boy-i just bought the pure cranberry juice not the cocktail kind-

    I'm not saying not to use it. You should ask your doctor. I just find it interesting that it was on the list of things to avoid when having bladder problems.

    Hope you feel better soon.
