Ready to pop?

This was kind of funny..

My belly is enormous at 26 weeks, even though this is my first pregnancy... and I am all belly. I waddled on to the elevator yesterday to go to my ultrasound, and there was a lady who smiled at me and said "you must be almost ready to pop!". I was only going up one floor, so I got off the elevator and said "nope! nearly 3 months to go yet!". The look on her face was priceless... she was absolutely horrified. :lol:

 

I've been having fun with this lately too. I had a lady recently tell me that it wouldnt be much long now and she almost fell over when I said "I hope not! I'm not due until June." :lol:

I kind of miss the looks on peoples faces during that time!

 

:rotflmbo: I had the same experience a couple of months ago. I was at the park with my DD and a lady said to me "You are going to have your hands full in a couple of days" and I looked at her said "Actually I am not due until April". She was very embarressed... I felt bad so proceeded to tell her I had twins. People make comments al the time though. Very funny.

That is a fun game of "watch the strangers reaction".... too funny! I know, I am 20 weeks and look about 30!

 

Today at work one of my coworker who just get back form vacation saw me and comments YOU ARE HUGE. ( and I am 22 weeks and measured as 32weeks with singleton)
and she asked if I know who I have boy OR girl. so I just correct her boy AND girl

I've had the same exact thing happen to me numerous times now too! Since about 22 weeks! Crazy huh? I always tell them it's twins after their eyeballs pop and then they are like "oh that makes sense then!"
