My boys are a little over four weeks old and they just started getting these little rashes on their faces. It started out right under their eyes and now it is on their cheeks and around the back of their necks. I really don't know what it could be from or how to get rid of it. Will it just go away on its own. I thought it was just a little baby acne but it seems to be spreading.

Josh, my 3rd, had baby acne, and it was just like you describe. It started roughly at the same time also. My ped said it is their way of getting rid of the leftover hormones from us. I think you can use Cetaphil...not sure on that one though.

Yep, Aquaphor fans here too. Lauren had a red, bumpy rash all over her face around that age. In fact, their 1st month picture shows it - bummer. Beware aquaphor is VERY greasy and our pedi warned not to put it on during the day if they will be outdoors. She said the grease reflects the sun and they can get burned.
