Random first year things...

Norah said her first two words this past week. Eye Docta and kiss. The eye doctor is said in her best Brooklyn accent. Older brother may need glasses so I guess we tossed the word around a bit. They are both signing more, eat and milk. Nevan uses eat for pretty much everything concerning food and drink.

They both are cruising and needing less and less furniture between leaps. I brought a play yard but we got rid of it as the babies just didn't seem happy being locked away. Now they are free wheeling and I am going all day long! Its fun but exhausting! I child proofed the kitchen today so I'm a little less worried about them getting into everything and now that they know to fall on their bottom, I'm less afraid of them getting hurt.

They went to the doctor on Saturday and they have croup but they seem to be feeling better! Norah weighs nearly 16 lbs and Nevan weighs 18 lbs.

You got some smart little kiddos!!! I would have fallen over to hear 'eye dr'. I think N says mama with meaning but who knows!!

I really started enjoying 9 months! Amazing how much they begin to learn and pick up on! Glad to hear they are doing well!

WOW. Sounds like they are doing great. Mine say mama and dada. They haven't mastered "eye doctor" yet.
