Rainforest Jumperoo?

I've been looking at the FP Rainforest Jumperoo for my grandsons. It looks really fun. They are almost five months old and love to "stand" so I think they'd like this. However, I hate to burden my DD with another piece of baby equipment in her small (tiny!) home for something the boys won't use very much so I thought I'd get some opinions from you mommies here. Is a jumperoo worth taking up the extra space?

DD already has a very nice Evenflo exersaucer that she received at her baby shower. How does a jumperoo compare to an exersaucer? Would it be silly to have both?

Have any of you used a door frame style jumper? I got her one of those at a consignment sale this spring but she hasn't gotten it out yet. Is that just as good as a stand alone (floor) jumper? Any comments you have are welcome, thanks so much!!

my son absolutely loved his jumparoo, we didn't have the rain forest one, just the regular one. At the time, we loved in a small row home and had an exersaucer as well. The jumparoo was definitely worth the space it took up. my son always had nice legs, but once he started using his jumparoo his legs got very strong, he eventually lost all but one of those fat creases he had! he used it everyday until he turned one, then he out grew it. i really liked how it adjusted easily to height, and also folded easily to store or travel with. i am going to have to get another one myself, since i have 2 little ones now. i would get it for her, it will be a hit!!!

Our girls loved the jumparoo so much we had to buy a 2nd one! The non-jumping baby was always jealous and pouty. So, now we have two of the side by side and they love it even more. They get each other going and they even hold hands and jump once in a while. :D

My guys loved their jumperoo. It was the style before this one. The RF one looks so awesome. I am definitely going to buy one for the new baby. I am also buying the RF cradle swing as well.

We have the regular jumperoo and they both like it alot. They don't stand in it as much as I thought they would but they love the bright colors. Evan will jump side to side occasionally but Avery likes to sit in it and look around. I tried out the jumperoos at the store and they preferred the regular one over the rainforest one. We decided to go with the standing model instead of the one that goes in the doorframe because we thought the door frame one could get dangerous if they really get to jumping. They could hit their head or something on the door jam.

We have the Rainforest Jumperoo for our son. I actually just took it apart to store until my twins arrive and need it in 4-5 months after birth. My son has super strong legs because of it and he absolutely loved playing it in. He is almost a year old now and for about the last month or so, he just hasn't wanted to be confined and just to crawl and try to walk everywhere, that is why we packed it up for now.

My bf has an exersaucer she pulled back out for my DS to use when we visit or she babysat for us, he liked it but always tried to jump in it. She wishes she had the jumperoo now for her kids instead.

We had the Gymtastics Jumperoo and my girls LOVED it. Another girl in my twins playgroup had the Rainforest and I know her guys loved that one too. I had one exersaucer and one jumperoo so they could swap off.

We had the Rainforest and the regular. They LOVED the rainforest jumperoo. They really looked reaching for the bird...and something else that hangs. I think it's a frog. I would definitely recommend it.

After the bouncy seats, jumperoo was the favorite piece of equipment for all 3 of my girls.

Wow....I got the RF Jumparoo for my shower. We have awhile yet before the girls use them, but I am going to put money away for another one....or make a Christmas present (even though they won't know the difference). I have a feeling we may need two!!
