    Quick question...

I am going to a friend's house tomorrow night for salmon cooked on their grill for dinner.

Today, I was wanting to get some shrimp fried rice for lunch. Is that too much for one week? Should I not get the shrimp fried rice? Or is that okay?

That should be fine... shrimp is on the good list. I'm assuming you are worried about mercury. And if so, my doc says eat all the shrimp and salmon I want. It's tuna to be careful about. ---Someone PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong!---

Mmmmmm.... shrimp fried rice..... mmmmmm

I got a chart from WIC that shows both shrimp and salmon are both ok with mercury levels. There's like none with shrimp, then a tiny bit with salmon. But they told me tuna was ok to eat, but to limit albacore to 6 oz week, and light canned tuna to 2 cans a week. I can't find the actual chart they gave me online, but I found this web site that seems to have the same info. http://www.omega3oils.info/fishmercurylevels/ Hope that helps!

Aww, sweetie, I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well! How far along are you? Is it "morning" sickness, or just a stomach bug or something?
