you may just be overdoing it a bit during the day. lay on ur left side and drink plenty of water. if u get worried call your doc. or call them anyway just so they know whats going on. also take a day or 2 to relax pamper yourself u may just feel better for doing it

I get most of my BH contractions at night and they can be uncomfortable. Reclining in the chair doesn't help but laying on my side or taking a bath does when they worry me. I also drink a ton of water.

My OB said 4 an hour, 2 hours in a row meant I should call him. I get close to that but I can usually break them up by changing position.

I was just at LD on Saturday with those type of cramps. They moved to my back so I called the doctor on call. Told her what I was feeling and she wanted me to come in and get checked. Turned out I was having contractions. Good Luck sweetie!!! Get off your feet and Drink lots of water.

I would call your doc and see what he/she thinks you should do at this point. :hug99:

ETA: I forgot that you just got done with a little stint in the hospital. Call your doc to be on the safe side, please.

I'm getting a bit worried about you! We were both in the hospital last week with PTL. The Procardia seems to be helping me, as is the strict home bed rest. But, you've continued with the crampiness and contractions. My doc said I'd be back in the hospital if I experienced 4 or more contractions an hour, any kind of crampiness, change in discharge, etc. I really think you need to call the doc and be monitored in the hospital some more. Please take care of yourself and those babies!

    Hugs to you all! :hug99:
