Quick & nutritious meal

Hi moms!

Dh & I had a SLEEPLESS night (DH worked till 2am on a work assignment) & the twins were fussing BIG time too!

Needless to say I'm totally exhausted & wiped out this morning!!

Can you think for me & give me some nutritious quick lunch ideas for the twins??

It's 11am & they're sleeping (Thank the Lord!)

grilled cheese
a veggie
fruit

 

Wheat crackers w/ cheese slices and sliced meat (lunch meat or meat substitute) and some fruit.

Mac N cheese and applesauce

PB&J rollup w/ fruit and carrots

Those are my backups for fast and easy!

I am sorry you are so tired! HANG IN THERE!!!
Peanut butter and jelly on ritz crackers with some fruit.
Grilled Cheese.
Wheat pasta with butter.

I've got a tin of organic beef veg soup that I've warmed up & some toast dipped in sweetcorn & cheese. They've never had this before..maybe a little bit of a stretch for them? Will see...

I'm gonna remember your ideas too for the rest of the week!

Don't forget to feed yourself.

a few ideas (for moms and kids):
WW tortilla w/beans & cheese
veggie burgers
egg salad
scrambled eggs
oatmeal w/blueberries (yes, we eat this for lunch sometimes)
frozen pizza-Amy's makes some good ones w/out yucky ingredients

 

Black beans and rice is always a quick and easy meal that's healthy.

 

They make canned Mac-and cheese now and its not to bad my girls and my sons just love it..... and its fast...
