    Okay, first one.

I'm always hungry! No matter what I do, or eat within 1/2 hour of eating I'm starving again. And, then when I do eat it takes me forever to eat. Because after a few bites I feel stuffed then I wait a few minutes then eat a couple more bites. Any suggestions on what to do??

    Now, second one.

I'm already having a "tight" issue with my pants, is this normal? I'm only 11 wks and 5 days, usually I can wear my normal clothes without any problems until 4-5 months.

I had a third one, but I don't remember it
I remember it, I'm having very small and honestly only two of them. But nosebleeds, I usually only get them in the winter.

    Thanks,
    Jen

All of that is normal. For the eating you need to do just what you are doing - graze. Eat a little bit at a time all day long. This will go away for a bit and then return. I had a really hard time eating after around 32wks. There just wasn't any room. Add to that they had me on the gestational diabetes diet which required timed eating and checking of blood sugar levels and I was a mess.

The pants - totally normal. I only told work at 11wks because I HAD to move to maternity clothes. It was my first pg when I had the twins. Second, third, etc pg usually pop much sooner.

Nosebleeds are fairly common too. You can try using saline spray or gel in your nose to help keep it moistened. If you find that they are becoming more frequent or you are having trouble getting them to stop, I would call your doc about it.

With twins, you should be eating between 2700-2800 calories a day. Obviously, it should be the "good" stuff...so, maybe try loading up on steamed veggies or a bowl of fruit for snacks. I've started adding Instant Breakfast just for the extra vitamins and minerals too.

    Other good ideas...
Granola, popcorn, mixed nuts, dried fruit. Really, you're just going to be hungry all the time. That's how it goes.

I grew out of my regular clothes very quickly. I think around 10 weeks...maybe a little sooner? This is my third pregnancy AND it's twins, so it was to be expected. But, yes, you're normal. :)

Oh and the nosebleeds are common too. It's due to the increased blood flow. I'm having terrible sinus issues and get (TMI) blood blisters inside my nose at night. If you're having them often (like every day or mulitple times a day), I'd talk to the doctor just to be on the safe side.

I'm constantly hungry also. At first it was everything in site. My dh didn't want to take me out to eat unless it was "all you can eat places".lol . Now its small meals evry 30 min or so. But as everyone is saying. Make sure its all healthy.
I was out of my normal pants at 3 months :( I tried to stay in them with baggy shirts but it just wasn't working.lol .
As for nosebleeds, i had them with all my pregnancies. At least every other day this time round. Fun fun.
