I need some fresh ideas.....these two "graze" all day long it seems....they usually have some dry cereal in the morning and a banana or a cereal bar and I TRY to get them to drink some milk in sippies, but they might take one or two swigs of that and that's it....then about an hour later they have another something like a yogurt or something similar.....then lunch, they still like the strained veggies and haven't really wanted anything to do with real veggies yet so I figure I will keep feeding them strained since they like them that way....a can of fruit or they will have cheese cubes and crackers and fruit....then midway between lunch and dinner they have something else and then dinner.

I need some new things to try with them....I am getting bored with their current menu so I know they must be too....problem is DD will eat anything and DS will hardly eat anything, he is super picky....

Their menu is basically (different on different days):
    kix cereal
    cereal fruit bars
    yogurt
    cheese crackers
    cheese cubes
    regular crackers
    canned fruit
    applesauce
    fruit snacks
    strained fruit
    chicken nuggets
    fresh fruits

What about mac and cheese, grilled cheese, quesadillas, mini pancakes, waffles, toast.

    How about...

    veggie burgers
    marinated tofu
    whole grain waffles
    peas (finger food)
    pasta (finger food)

These are great quick fixes in my house!

Thanks for the responses! DS is so picky he won't even eat pasta half the time....and we all know how much easier it is to make one thing for both of them ;) So when we go out to eat, DD really gets a treat and eats off everyone's plates...lol

I have given them waffles and pancakes, I forgot about those....DS won't eat grilled cheese....he is a strange little guy....lol If he SEES what is coming to his mouth, he refuses to eat it because he doesn't know what it is....so I have to be really tricky and try to feed him when he is watching a DVD or doing something else and not watching what is on the spoon. ;)

Sunflower seed butter or almond butter on a piece of soft whole wheat bread or a graham cracker are a big hit around here. Sweet potatoes cut into 1/2 inch cubes and microwaved for about 4 minutes store really well in the fridge and the boys love 'em.

The sweet potatoes sound like a great idea. I am going to try that on the weekend.

    Thanks

Everyone else has said pretty much what I was going to suggest! I also buy rotisserie turkey breast and the girls LOVE it. I keep baked chicken breast in the fridge too. I just cut it up and serve it cold.

Scrambled eggs is also a quick meal. Oh and my girls LOVE sweet potato french fries. GL!
