The doc put me on Benifiber to help with the constipation, he said it is very safe to take evryday. I have forgotten if im just to take it once a day or follow the directions on the bottle and take it 3 times a day? Anyone else taking this or Metamucil?
Also, Baby A (boy) was my mover , kicking all the time , and baby B (girl ) hardley at all. Now since the u/s on Monday it seems to have reversed, Baby A not so much moving and Baby B is moving alot, anyone elses twins change it up? I have one on each side. Anyways, just wondering.

I took it according to the package directions. My dr. also okayed Colace.
Some days baby A moves more and the next time it seems like baby B is trying to take my rib cage out. I guess it just depends on the moods they are in.

    Angel,

Don't know about the fiber, but my babies are doing the same thing. If I didn't know better, I would have thought they switched sides!

I have one on each side, too. I feel baby A way more, though. I have an anterior placenta with baby B, so I just don't really feel him at all. During our u/s, he is always moving just as much as she is; I just don't feel him. It is so frustrating.

My babies trade off on who's going to be the big mover each week. Sometimes Baby A is all wiggles and Baby B is really calm and then they switch. It's kinda fun to think that they're already working together to drive me crazy!

As for the constipation, my docs have me taking Peri-Colace. I was taking two at a time in the evening and when that didn't work, I took two in the morning and two in the evening 'til things got moving. It's super gentle just like colace but with a bit of a stimulant. It is hard to find here though and definitely more expensive than regular Colace. I ran out last week and have been trying to use the Colace, but I'm ready to get my real pills back now!
