OK OK I know I may be WAY off… but I (me personally) was born with my lower 4 teeth… and the last 2 days… Seth, my normally very happy and content baby has been fussy and drooling like mad…. My mom suggested maybe his teeth are coming… Nathan is drooling too and fussy… but he’s always been a little more “vocal”… any one had a baby start teething at 2 months? Or is my mom crazy… well I know she crazy… but that’s a different post…

PS I don’t know if it makes a difference but the boys are identical (not sure how that will work in the teething department)

Wow! You were born with 4 teeth?!??

It could be teething or it could just be fussy, drooly babies. I swore M started teething at 3 months old, but I was VERY wrong.. she didn't get her first tooth until 2 weeks before her 1st birthday.

However, getting teeth might be genetic so since you had teeth early (from the beginning!), they might get teeth early too.

My DD1 got her first tooth right when she turned 3 months. Kiera though seemed to start teething at 3 months but didn't get a tooth till 5 months. It could be teething. I found if they cry when you press on their gums, then you know. Or if they bite when you put your finger in their mouth. If they just suck then they are probably not. This is just my experience though.

I dont think its early and like someone else said maybe its gentics since you were born with 4 teeth.
Sophia I noticed starting getting fussy and drooling at 11wks and she also has two lil white bumps. Ped is telling me their milk teeth which dosent make sense because they get them between 1 to 2 wks after birth and disappear the first month, hers have not.

Anyhow if you think their really bothering her I was able to do tylenol and on a more organic route you can try hylands or humphrys i think its called. I got it at our local Longs,it seems to work well and you can apply it every 15mins if you want. It was the safer option for me because baby oral gel said you cant use under 4months of age with consulting a pedi/dentist. Anyhow Good luck~

Definitely possible. My DS started teething around 2 months and his first 2 teeth popped through at about 3.5 months old. So no, your mom isn't crazy (at least about this anyway ;) ).
