Question

Hi Everyone,

My babies are 5 months already. Time is going so fast. Really enjoying them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was wondering how much time between bottles is normal at this age? Until now they were going four hours and now they dont seem to be hungry until five or six hours.

At 5 months we were doing every 4 hours from approximatley 7 am until 12 midnight. Then they slept thru from 1am until about 6 am. So they were getting 5 bottles a day.

 

At that age, and currently, my babies did 4 8oz bottles a day (7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm) and slept through the night. My son always finished his bottles. His sister, not so much. She ranges from 6-8oz.

 

Mine went 4-5 hrs in between bottles except at night they slept 8hrs....at 5 months... then by 10mo they were only getting 3 8oz bottles a day and a sippy of milk that they drank off and on threwout the day

 

We are doing and have been for some while 4 bottles a day at 8-12-4 and 8. My kids are not looking to be fed at the4 hour mark. One day we were travelling and stuck in traffic with no exits on the turnpike and we went 5.5 hours between feeds. They didnt seem to care.

Sometimes I feel like going down to 3 bottles, but I know they are way too young for that!

 

2.5 to 3 hours during the day. 12 hours at night.

Ditto for us, except our bedtime bottle is actually closer to 6pm.
