We're putting the nursery together and really don't have room for anymore furniture besides the 2 cribs and changingtable/dresser we have. I'm thinking of skipping trying to squeeze a chair in there and making do with the guest bed in the next room, our bed and the couch downstairs for night feedings. Am I crazy? If you didn't have one, did it bother you?

    Thanks!

I had one and i NEVER used it. I thought it was a must have and I would get to sit and rock my boys but I was always feeding and doing something else so the dreams of rocking a baby never happened.

I dont think you'll miss it.....

I never had one. I used the bed, couch, or the floor, when they got wiggly!

I didn't have one in the nursery and it wasn't a problem. If my recliner had been in there, I'd have felt really cooped up really fast.

I do have one and I do sit in it and rock the girls sometimes. But i've never done a feeding in it, and I don't think it would be a necessity..

I never had one and never felt I needed it. I usually used our bed, the babies spent the first 3 months on the pnp in our bedroom anyway

All of our kids have slept in the same room as us because it makes the frequent nighttime feeding so much easier. I never had a glider in the bedroom though and we did fine. I had one in the living room but mostly used it as a chair rather than a rocker. At night, I just sat on the bed to feed the babies.

I never had one or felt the need for one. We have done just fine.
