    Okay girlies!!!!

About two weeks ago i went in to the OB office b/c i was starting up w/ a bladder infection. She took a urine sample and i got some antibiotics for the infection. All i have been drinking from that point to now. I haven't been worried about my BP because everytime i go to the doc they don't tell me it's high or low they say i am okay. I am just worried b/c sometimes dh says that my bp sometimes is a little high... but they don't tell me at the docs office and i look at it i just don't have the numbers off the top of my head. I mean i remember one that was like 123/80something... what is high where i should worry?? I have been getting cloudy pee as well but not all the time only like once a day or something like that. I went yesterday to get some ketone strips and i took it twice. It was negative for ketones ... but i don't know i am still worried. Should i be or am i freaking out for nothing. I go to the doc on wedensday for my next appt.

i don't k now.. i gueess .. it's my first pg and i am having twins and i want to be doing everything right but i feel i am doing it all wrong.

I think we all feel this way! Your blood pressure is going to fluctuate- thats normal. If you have an appointment on Wednesday I would make sure & discuss ALL your concerns with your doctor. Dont worry, you're not going to sound crazy, they expect you to ask lots of questions and come up with your own "what-ifs". I hope your doctor will be able to put your mind at ease!

140/90 is considered boderline for hypertension. I've always kind of fluctuated a little under that... 130's/80's.

I've had probably 4 or 5 UTI"s during this pregnancy. :( I try and treat them on my own when I get them... I worry about too much antibiotics. I drink lots of water and cranberry juice and they tend to go away on their own.

What is considered "normal" for an adult for BP is 120/80, so I wouldn't worry at all! Also, if you aren't experiencing any symptoms, really do not worry. Symptoms of high blood pressure are dizziness, light headedness, sweating and rapid heart rate.

Report any of those to your office right away.

I also had bladder infections and urinary tract infections while I was PG with my boys. It is best if it is caught early...so keep an eye out so that you can get started on antibiotics immediately.

Hang in there and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!!

    Good luck!

Well i have had it in the 130s/80s ... umm.. yeah i about freaked about the antibitotics but my doc said it could go to my kidneys and that would mean me being hospitalized and that the antibiotics were safe for the babies... i don't take any medication .. not even tylenol for headaches... b/c of that reason...but i have been driking lots of water.

    thanks!

Thanks girlie! well the only reason i worry is b/c i have been getting headaches and i am congested all the time (which doc said was normal .. but still .. idk) and lately i have been getting an ear block on my left ear and i also hear my pulse on my left ear which hubby says again it's my bp.. so i freak! thankfully i go to the doc wed. and i will ask all about this... but it has had me worried almost all weekend.

thank you all for being so wonderful and making me feel better!!!!

    :D
