    Hi ladies,

I'll be officially joining you on Saturday, but if you don't mind...I have a question now. My girls were BF for just under 10 months and they've had formula (Enfamil Lipil) for about 3 months and exclusively for 2 months.

Over the weekend we started giving them combo whole-milk/formula bottles. They seem to be doing ok, but both have terribly running noses and can't breathe when they are sleeping. They also have a cough. I'm wondering if it's just a common cold or if it's related to the switch to milk. I was dairy free the majority of the time I was BF, but they seem to have handled the formula and yogurt and cheese just fine. Am I over thinking it?

It's that time of year for runny noses etc., but I suppose it COULD be related. I am not sure! I would stop, and see what happens. Since that's your one variable you can control....

I too, would go back to all formula and see. But it is definitely the season...the boys both are just getting over nasty colds.
