I'm 26w3d and I went to the Peri today for my ultrasound and they are both head down!! From your expirience, will they change? The measurements were both good and cevix looked good, I'm assuming because he didn't say otherwise.

So do you think they might move? I know 6 weeks ago, one was head down and one was breech...So what do you think?

I guess they can move all the way up until the end, but for me, one was transverse until about 21 weeks or so and then I physically felt a major shift (my dh actually could see my belly move) and at the next u/s they were both head down. They stayed that way the rest of the pregnancy and I actually had a relatively fast and easy vaginal delivery! GL!

Mine were head down since the very first ultrasound [at 20 wks] and stayed that way. It's 'possible' for them to change positions, but at this point in pregnancy I'd think it'd be pretty difficult for them to manouver.

My girls are pretty set in there ways... Baby A is head down and has been that way for WEEKS. But her sister rolls alot still. One ultrasound she was side ways then. she was breech, now she is head down. Finger crossed they stay that way! some women have had them flip just days before giving birth, nothing is for certin :)

At 20 weeks and before both were head down. At 24 weeks one was breech and the other was "lounging" or lay across. OB said not to worry they'll probably flip and flop for the duration. He also said twins seem to flip around more than singletons.

They still have plenty of time and room to flip around in there :)

Mine were vertex/breech from 19-24 weeks. Then vertex/vertex at 28 weeks, and then breech/breech at 29 weeks. And I'm pretty sure at least one is head-down again now.
