Jack fell while trying to jump out the door and landed on the pumpkin mouth first. He actually left a tooth mark in the pumpkin. He also split the front of his lip and there is a flap of skin hanging on his lip. His tooth appears fine, but hard to tell. He only bled for a minute and also only cried for a minute. Should I call the dr? I don't really know what they can do for him -- would they stitch a lip????? Now I am freaked out that he will have a dead tooth in the front.

Ouch...sorry. We had something similar last night. L fell in the tub and cut her eye by her brow bone. After a lot of contemplation we took her in because we didn't want to wonder if we did the right thing. I think of you're really in doubt you should take him. It's so hard to see them bleeding and hurt...sorry for the poor little guy. :(

Not sure there's a lot you can do for the lip, but keep an eye on the tooth!!

Oooh...sorry about the pumpkin owie! It's probably too late now, even if it had needed stitches. Hopefully it'll be nothing big. My kids knock their teeth resulting in a little bleeding every so often, and everything so far has been fine. So, what I'm saying is, don't worry too bad. If he's not in pain, then he's probably just fine!
