Property wanted to rent: Long term rental with outside space/garage

Hi,

For a retired friend I am looking for a long term rental (3 years or more) with outside space to work on cars or other hobby. 2 bedrooms and shower/bathroom at least. Up to max €800 a month, depending on size of house and space. Best at edge of village with shops and restaurants around. Area can be from Valencia, Alicante to Vera area.

 

I looked for something similar a while back and ended up checking https://www.elbosquenosara.com/ — it’s not in Camposol, but it might still be useful depending on how far you're willing to go. Some of their places have outside space and secure parking, and the owners are easy to deal with. Might be worth a look if you're open to other nearby areas.
