I had to share this here because I am in LOVE with this product and I wish I'd had it from day one, the Moby Wrap!

It is a baby carrier and it is SOOOOOOOO much more comfortable to wear than my Snuggli. My girls are 8 months old and I still use it quite comfortably with them (one at a time anyway, lol!) It has a twin option for infants as well.

Unfortunately I did not discover these until they were 6 months, but I REALLY wish I'd had it during their colicky phase and all those times we were out and about I ended up carrying a fussy baby.

So, if you are planning on buying a baby carrier, look into the Moby Wrap, I sure wish someone had told me about these sooner <_< !

Thanks for the reccommendation! I read several more reviews on Amazon and decided to purchase one. I've been holding off buying a wrap/sling for the whole pregnancy because the last one I had was sooo uncomfortable and I hardly used it. I really hated it. I've been trying to decide what to get for months. This looks comfy and I'm excited to try some of the twin holds while my babies are still little.

I just got mine this week!!! I used a sling and bjorn with my first singletons and really will miss being able to wear my baby all the time. I read a ton about different carriers and decided to go with this one, I'm hoping the twin holds are possible!! I have practiced a little with it  very funny 35 weeks pregnant all wrapped up with my daughters dolls in the Moby as the twins  . Needless to say my husband and daughters just laughed at me :p

Just thought I would throw in a word of caution - I got a Moby wrap as a shower gift and it worked pretty well until about May in Houston. At which point I realized that it was simply way too much material to be wearing in 100 degree weather for me (granted, I run a little hot anyways). It also took several minutes to put on even after quite a bit of practice. At which point I stumbled across Hotslings (www.hotslings.com) or Slinglings (www.slinglings.com). And I am totally sold on them. I can fold them, put them on, and have a baby in them in about a minute - no wrapping, tying, or adjusting. And as long as they are the right size they are uber comfortable with very little pressure on your back or shoulder. I carried a 15lb baby in the sling for 7 hours and still held the other on and off throughout the day a few weeks ago while at a family reunion. And the best part for me? Even my colicky baby falls asleep in 5 minutues or less every time I plop him in the sling. It's the only way I got things done for several months.

Hmmm... sorry it didn't work for you! We are on vacation in the 100+ degree desert of Arizona and live in hot, humid Florida and I have not had the overheating problem.

Glad those other slings worked for you! I have no experience with them, but my 8 month old girls prefer to have their feet free and to be facing out. The slings seem great for infants, but not quite as friendly for more active, curious older babies. Also, it seems those would put too much pressure on the one shoulder?

That's the great thing about these forums, we can all share our own experiences for others to learn from. Hope everyone here finds something just right for them!

I love my MW! My youngest one had colic and it was just lifesaving.

I was given two and I haven't really used them. I find we have them in the double stroller most of the time. Plus you have to keep the book in order to remember how to wrap the thing. It was a nice thought but not for me.

The Moby is AWESOME! When your babies are little you can wear them both in it and it is really great to be able to hold both together with your hands free! I also have another carrier recommendation, and that is the ERGO, it is awesome! now my babies are nearly 8 months and weigh 20 lbs 12 ozs & 17 lbs 7 ozs, and I wear the smaller one on the front in the Moby and the bigger one on my back in the ergo with no problem. Both the ergo & the Moby make it possble to use a carrier that does not put all of the pressure on the babies developing spine which makes it better on baby, and both styles are so much more comfortable than a baby Bjorn or Snuggli style carrier! Add these to your top 10 baby must haves... Also, consider bringing your moby to the hospital especially if your babies are early and talk to the Drs & Nurses about Kangaroo care!

As far as wrapping the Moby, it is pretty easy once you have done it a couple of times. There is only one way to do it so you really don't need the manual to see how to do it once you have learned the one way to wrap it.

Also, with the Ergo, it is super comfortable and it can easily carry a 40 lb child... it said it was tested up to 65 lbs and I just had to try it out so I put my 38 lb daugher in it!! No problem carrying her on my back or hip!! She's a little tall to carry on the front, but I wouldn't really carry her in it at 4 anyway, I just had to see if I could!!
