I took the girls to the Dr last week because they were overly fussy and I wanted to be sure that nothing was wrong. The Dr determined that not only is Kaylyn teething (yes at 6 weeks adjusted age!), but both of the girls have significant reflux. She prescibed Prevacid, and my life has not been the same since. My babies are so much happier, and I am such a happy mommy knowing that they feel better. Tonight they both slept from 8-3...7 Hours!! :yahoo:

I'm glad Prevacid works for you b/c it didn't for us. My boys almost REFUSED it daily because of the taste & even when I did get it down, it usually came right back up. I tasted it & gagged myself! Maybe your pharmacy found a way to make it taste decent...that'd be great! We found Zantac worked well for us, but made the boys extra spitty, which is why we tried the Prevacid.

It's amazing how much happier they are when they don't have heartburn, hey? I don't blame them! I had it when I was pregnant & I was MISERABLE!

Hope the happiness continues! And the good sleeping too!!!

Krystyn - Check out www.beyondtheburn.com -- especially if both of yours are on Prevacid. You can get a card for up to $25.00 off of your out of pocket expenses for each prescrption. I just got mine, and it covered my $16.00 co pay. I wish I would have done it sooner!!!

I have filled that all out 2x and nothing has ever came. I have spent several hundred dollars on this drug over the last 5 months.

    So yours really came?

I got Prevacid for Maia last week too! Yesterday was 1wk she had been taking it and my sister said she didnt throw up at all. She also has been sleeping much better at night!
She have strawberry flavored pills that disolve in water. She loves the taste, smacks her lips after.
