pretty pink toes

I painted the girls' toenails yesterday for the first time!

Lauren was first, and she did pretty well. She wasn't crazy about sitting there and having it done, but she was cooperative. Once I was done she just stared and stared, not sure what to do.

Then it was Emma's turn. Good grief! I got one or two toes done and she acted as if I just cut her. I was able to finish and she was fine as soon as I let go of her feet. She too was intrigued with this new look.

I think they look adorable with their little pink toes!! :wub: :wub:

 

How cute, Michelle!! Meghan loves to have hers done and we usually do a nice bright pink. But then her brother wants his done, too...his color is clear (not sure my husband could handle it if I did a color )

They must look so cute.

 

Awwww. I haven't attempted it with Emma yet, but I bet she will love it!

I need to get with the program. No polish on Katherine's toes yet! Like Nolan, I'm sure Michael will want his painted also. Better make sure I have colored and clear polishes!

michelle....i just copied you!!! i did mallory's toes...at first she was like, ok, then she didn't want it...then i showed her mine and said they would be like mine and she let me finish....after they were done she wanted it off...but i convinced her they were pretty!

I did my DD's about a week ago. She sat real still. She loves to tell/show everyone she has "fancy tootsies"! I love to look at the tiny little pedicure. :wub:

 

My girls love their toes being done. Philip has wanted his done too - doesn't hurt anyone and you can get clear with sparkles.

They love it and it's not too much color

Oh how sweet! I bet they look adorable. I second (or would it be third, fourth, fifth?) the call for a picture!

 

How cute! My dd loves "doing toenails" so much that one time in Walmart when I was getting her a new shade, she took off her shoes & unscrewed the lid in the shopping cart.

No pics yet. I got out the camera this afternoon and said (what I thought was innocently enough) "I'm going to take a picture of your toes!" and they both started to freak!! :blink: It was seriously the weirdest reaction ever! Maybe in toddler language I really said "Mwhahahaha, I'm going to burn your little toes, one by one...." :laughing:

I just picked up a real cheap bottle at CVS. I would have used one of my OPI colors, but wasn't sure what I had for pink. I put the thinnest layer possible on there and then fanned it dry. It didn't take too long. They definitely need a second coat on there.

 

Too cute. I just started doing Leah's toes this summer.
