Those of you know know me on FB, know that I HATE HORMONES!

If Holly's period doesn't start soon, one of us is not going to survive. She is SOOOOOO hormonal, and yet dosesn't understand why or how she is feeling like she is. She doesn't just burst in to tears at the drop of a hat (that would be normal, but wouldn't last long). This lasts for hours, and she is in just in sobs and sobs and sobs. Nothing can stop her, even herself. And these crying fits follow extreme anger outbursts which she says she doesn't know why she is angry.

I know its normal, and that with two at the same age I'm in for the long haul (I still have to deal with Andrea's PMS and she doesn't even live with us anymore! LOL), but for Holly's sake if not mine, Mother nature, let her start. It will be so much easier for her to understand WHY she is feeling SOOO SOO out of control and angry, and sad and hurt, and HORMONAL. It will be so much better for her to understand that this out of control feeling is not only normal, but usually only lasts for a few days as a warning that she is going to start. Then she will go back to some semblence of normal.

So Mother Nature, my wish for the New Year, is that my sweet, darling daughter (and her sister if need comes), gets her period! Then the three of us can learn to get our schedules together and know when to ignore each other and I can make sure I have chocolate around at the right times!

That has to be so tough! I have heard that from so many of my friends that they just wish their daughter would get her period bc of the mood swings and crying. Hopefully soon!

So funny you posted this because my girls will cry over nothing at the drop of a hat. Devon even got so fed up last night he asked Allison if she would just hurry up and get her period because he can't stand it anymore.
