I feel like all I do is post questions on here....

So here's another! I have constant pressure in my bottom. Well not really my bottom. It feels like I bruised my mons pubis (no clue how to spell) the area above the pubic bone. (It's the part covered with pubic hair just before your labia... sorry if that was TMI but I had to make sure you knew what I was talking about.) It feels like... well I don't really know how to describe it. It feels bruised, or like I overworked a muscle at the gym (I don't go work out so that's not it.) It almost feels like my pubic bone is going to crack in half. Please just tell me you know what I'm talking about and it's normal. [IMG]

i get that feeling when i have sit up too long or when i try to get out of bed too fast. yes it is painful. ask your dr. or ob if epsom salt is ok for you to use. epsom salt is a mircle worker for me and my sore body these days and it has helped all parts that i have soaked. but as everyone is different it may work differently on other people. so check with your dr.

you put epsom salt into your bath water and you soak in it as you are bathing. i know that i am not allowed to have the steaming hot baths that i use to get into before i got prego but the warmer the better. this stuff will help your muscles relax and make you feel a little more energenic. just don't push the energy department--lol.

    lots of love!

I got that alot around 18-20 weeks, especially if I sat too long and then stood up. Then if I would try to pee after sitting down for a long time I would feel a ton of pressure. It is just your uterus stretching. It actually went away around 25 weeks, or at least it wasn't as bad. Don't worry you are going to have all kinds of aches and pains you never had before. If something is ever very painful and is constant for a few hours just call your doctor you'll feel better.

<---knows exactly what your talking about :icon_biggrin: I get the same pain every morning right as I get out of bed. Feels like the actual bone is bruised, sounds weird, i know. It always goes away after awhile though.

I remember feeling that pain with both pregnancies plus feeling the pressure a "little lower" as well. Ever since I had the twins, I have that same pain on the first day of my period as well. I'd mention it to your doc, preventative.

Oh gosh, I totally felt that pressure!! I had a baby way way low (they had to do trans-labial u/s to measure his head b/c he was so low!) and it was just from his weight and moment.

  7. I had the same feeling, but it turned out mine was a hernia caused by the weight of the babies.

Had Ultrasound today, and Baby A- little Jon is extremely low and breech. Peri says that is what is causing the "bruised pelvis feeling" Just thought I'd share that wish ya ;)
