 My kids have turned into hellians. We split them up this week for the first time and they have gone nuts, hitting, kicking, screaming, crying, disobeying the teacher. They have been in this daycare since they were 2 1/2. They have flipped without thier brother.
Any Suggestions, does this wear off, or get better???

Can they be put back together?

Well, you can do one of two things. Putting them back together would probably be the easiest...if possible. Otherwise, just wait and see if they adjust.

Do they really need to be split up? It's preschool afterall and they are there to learn to socialise with other kids. Unless they ignore everyone else when they are together, I don't think that it's really neccessary to separate them. I can see it becoming an issue as they get older but by then they will also have the understanding as to why it's being done. We don't plan to split B & C up at all unless it really becomes an issue. Admittedly since they are B/G they will develop their own friendships based on gender it will be less of a problem. Your guys may need each other right now but as they get older will be able to branch out.

    Good luck!
