    Helllo,

Have you lost weight gained during pregnancy? how?

I have gained about 2 stone and don't know how to get rid of them :headbang:

I used to excercice and watch my diet before pregnancy, but now all my energy and thoughts are how to take good care of my twins, to the point that the only "me" time I have during the day is to take a shower and eat!

    Any suggestions?

I gained so much weight when I was pregnant! When the girls were 4 months old I joined weight watchers. It was near my house and on Thursdays that was our outing for the day. I eventually lost the weight but it took me about a year!

GL it is very difficult, and difficult to maintain too! Have you visited our weight loss, health and fitness forum?

For me, the weight is coming off slowly. Here's what I'm doing:

    Breastfeed
Take the babies and dog for a daily walk
    Cut down on eating out

I think I've lost most of the weight, but my belly will never look the same again. :gah:

Didn't know that there was such a forum on the twinstuff site! I just visite it and liked it very much there! It will undoubtedly give me some inspiration to move my butt a bit during the day

:headbang: It just doesn't seem fair - give birth to twins, chase after twins, breastfeed twins and still gain weight!!! I have a lot of weight to lose but I will have it off by summer

I started running again (I had stopped running 10 years ago) after I was "ok'd" by doc with surgery and felt up to working out again. I load the girls up in the jogger and take off usually around when they need to take their morning nap. They enjoy it, and they fall asleep and stay asleep if we go on a run verus staying home. So my incentive to have happy babies is taking them out. When it did rain, I put the girls on the floor and did an exercise program from exercise ondemand (comcast cable-Jillian michaels metabolism boost is hard!). They like to watch me jumping around looking all silly, so it entertains them too.
