post delivery

    I never used any kind of belly wrap post delivery. :pardon:

    I didn't use anything... actually, didn't know there were even products out there.

    I did use one but it was given to me by my hospital. :good: I do think it helped me recover and it made me feel like my scar was being protected. :blush: I would call your hospital and see if they offer it to you before you buy one.

    I grabbed a girdle type wrap from a brazilian store at the mall, my DH is brazilian and I guess in there culture post partum belly wrapping is what everyone does, I guess most cultures do it cause my indian coworker said other cultures dont get why americans dont. I guess its suposed to help alot with your terus shrinking back down and any bloating/swelling, also I had a stomach surgery in brazil a few years ago and they put a cinture (belly wrap) on me after and I remembr it made my stomach feel so much better and supported so since I'm planning on a csection I hope it will help.

    The tauts look good, but I took a look at the post partum wraps at motherhood maternity and they look very flimsy so I wouldn't go there.

    thank you! i didnt know which brand was best. i saw a ton online and am not sure which one to go with
