Possible twins..

Hi all! I had my first us last week and we saw two sacs and one had a baby with a flicker, not quite a heartbeat. I go back a week from Tuesday to get a second ultrasound. The doctor said it could be twins it was just a little early to tell. I've searched posts on here and found quite a few of you have had the same expirence. I feel like I am all over the place! I would be so excited for another baby and over the moon for two! This would be three and four for us. I just don't want to be let down if the other sac never develops.. I am hoping you can give me some encouragement and help me keep my sanity until next Tuesday! Thanks!

 

Welcome. Congrats! How early are you? I found out at 12 weeks, so not much help there. Keep your chin up and try not to worry. Hugs!

Jasonsmommy- I was just shy of 7 weeks for my first us... one week to go and I can not wait!!!

I saw my babies at 9 weeks and there were just flickers at that point. I don't know how they would look prior to that!

 

First off, Congratulation on your pregnancy!! How exciting!

My first ultrasound was at 20 wks and to my surprise there were TWO!

My first prenatal visit was at 9 wks and I remember the nurse telling me that she usually couldn't hear the heartbeat that early. She seemed excited, so I thought it was good :lol:

My point is, don't give up your hopes By next week those heartbeats will be stronger and hopefully you'll get the answer you're hoping for!
