I feel so bad for my girls right now. Last week, Maya had diarrhea, and i was changing a poopy diaper what seemed like every change.. She had such a terrible diaper rash that the skin was actually peeling off on the sores.. We were lathering with butt paste and desatin!! Well she got better and now she has flipped... Now she has hard ball poopies...and Aurora has got the diaper rash, and diarrhea... I feel so bad for my girls right now, not to mention that it pretty much sucks cleaning up explosive dipers and pjammas in the middle of the night...

my poor baby rory, still isn't feeling well In fact the last night she didn't want to eat and again tonight she didn't want to eat much.. I'm glad that she ate this morning tho.. Everything just runs right through her. I hope she starts to feel better. It makes me worry when she doesn't want to eat. But the Dr says that as long as she has tears/wet mouth that she is hydrated ok...

And on top of it she has a yeast infection along with a diaper rash and the yeast cream has a copay of $50 a tube and i have to later it on like cake frosting...This evening i put it on and then preceded to destroy her diaper right after i lathered it on!!

A pediatric nurse friend of ours suggested putting a heavy dose of corn starch in the diaper to help absorb. You can use the real stuff or Johnson & Johnson's cornstarch powder with the nice scent. It helped our son when he was going through some major diaper blow outs and we didn't have trouble with a rash. Good luck - i'm so sorry for them and that you are having to deal with this....
