we have an inground pool that i really want to use with the kids this summer. i'm not sure how safe it would be to deal with two 9 month olds in the pool. does anyone know of any products or floats that hold two babies? is this even a safe way to do this? i'm thinking my best bet might be to bring one baby in at a time if i'm alone. leave one in the pack and play maybe.

    any suggestions?

    thanks!

Here's a link to the baby spring float w/ canopy. It says that it is not available online, so I am assuming that it might be available in the toys R us stores? I think I might check it out this weekend!

This is a great question. We will be getting the pool ready in the next couple of weeks. We usually wait until Memorial Day weekend but as hot as it's been I am ready to get in it now, Lol. I am just trying to figure out how to get them both in the pool at the same time. I don't want to put one baby in the pool and then turn my back to get the other baby, KWIM?

That is the main problem! I haven't figured out how to do this! We have the spring floats and love them! They are able to splash, which of course they love!

We have been pondering the same questions. Thanks so much for so many posting your links to purchase the floats for the little ones. We will be ordering tonight.

OneStepAhead has a neat one we've been considering. I'm also considering buying a sling I can wear in the water. That way DH and I can each carry a baby hands-free while chasing around DC1.

Here is a twin float that we found. we tried it about 2mo ago, but now they both can sit up by themselves. I haven't tried it again yet. Last time they both were leaning forward because they wanted to play with the balls! Probably woudl still need two people in the pool until they get older. I haven't taken them in the pool by myself yet, but when we do take them in they each have their own float. I'm dying to try this one again!!
