    I'm pretty good with water. But I always have at least one cup of tea (caffeine) and I tend to drink a soda at lunch to get a little caffeine kick, but only fountain soda. So, I'm trying to wean off that for general health purposes, but not because i'm pg.

    I should definitely drink more water, but I don't drink lots of soda either. I love iced tea, so now I'm buying the decaffeinated tea bags.

    I know i need to drink more water, but at least I am drinking that or cranberry juice! I don't do caffiene or any pop, so we're good there. I am currently sitting here with a bottle of water, so cudos to me for that!

    I drink about 3 bottles of water daily. Just water. Then I have about 2 with the Kool Aide singles mixes. I also have 2-3 Dr. Peppers as well, for migraines. That helps much better than the prescription they gave me, it made me so sick!

    I am also a lover of sweet tea, especially from McD's!

    My problem is I NEED caffeine! Alos, I don't always have enought time to go to the bathroom!

    I hate to admit to the caffeine. I never had any with my other pregnancies but since the doc says it's better to treat my headaches, and it is working... I still feel guilty. I am trying to keep up with my water. I fill a water bottle and leave it on the table. The problem is I never know how much I drank and how much the kids stole. :icon_biggrin: Something about a water bottle that has them running. Wish I knew that before I would have always had one out. LOL!

    Usually just water...but I have been indulging a bit more iced-tea and lemonade....and the other week when I was up at my mom's I had the biggest craving for coke....so I had a glass of that! My first pg I would NEVER have done that.... I would have been sooo parinoid about just one glass of soda!... LOL! Kind of shows you you just sort of relax about all those things....

    Now maybe we should do a poll on EATING healthy.. I'm not sure I would score very high on that one. The greens are just not cutting it for me this pg. I'm SOOOO into dairy and carbs....cheese, cheese and more cheese!! The other week I ate grilled cheese and a klondike bar every lunchtime!!! soooo bad...

    You should start one, I wouldn't know what to put, LOL I'd love to answer one though... I know my eating habits could definitley improve!

    I drink water constintly and do good with that, but sometimes I just NEED a sprite! LOL

    I'm not a soda drinker so that is easy to cut out. When eating out I do go for a lemonade/sprite mix to add some spice to my drink (Chloe and Cole like to sip off it to). As far as water goes, I usually add 1/4 juice to the rest water. I don't like our tap water so I need to disguise it a bit. If we have bottled water, I down it!!

    I add the kool aide packets to my bottled water, yummy!

    I do well with plain old water but I've been having Diet Coke almost daily. When I was pregnant with the girls I cut all of that stuff out. I pretty much gave up all caffeine including tea and coffee and all soda. This time I still have Diet Coke. It I can get caffeine free then I opt for that but if I'm out I'll get a regular. That lemon slice that I have with it is helping with my fruit intake right? ;)

    I had a bad headache this past week and Tylenol doesn't help so I had my DH get me a Coolatta from Dunkin Donuts for the caffeine and the headache went right away. I definitely will be using that remedy before taking Tylenol for the rest of the pregnancy.
