My boys are just 13 months, but our daily schedule goes something like this

6-6:30 am- Wake-up and get ready for the day
7am- Monday through Friday get dropped at Daycare, play until about 8am
8am- Breakfast, usually a yogurt, waffle/pancakes/french toast and milk in a sippy
9ish- Morning nap, at home we usually get an hour or so, at daycare it's usually 45 min.
10:30am- snack....usually some goldfish crackers/cheerios/puffs and a sippy of water (my boys very rarely get any juice)
12noon- Lunch, fish sticks/chicken nuggets/pasta/sandwiches cut up/lunchables and a veggie (they eat everything from tomatoes to olives to green beans and I have yet to find a veggie they refuse), they often get some fresh fruit (they love blueberries, raspberries, watermelon and pineapple), a cup of water and usually a cookie or 2 at the end of lunch.
1pm- Afternoon nap...an hour to hour and a half at home an hour at daycare
3pm- Afternoon snack, sometimes fruit, raisins or toast with jam or p-nut butter, crackers (whatever seems to be around) or a popsicle if we have been playing outside all afternoon, then play until dinner
5:30pm- Daycare pick-up and Dinner (they eat whatever we are eating so they get steak, turkey, chicken, fish etc. usually rice or some sort of pasta, veggies and a cup of milk. They often get a couple cookies after dinner.
6:30pm- Start bedtime routine which includes reading (or trying to anyway) and then into the bath. I let them play in the bath for about 15 to 20 minutes and brush their teeth. Then into pajamas and snuggle for a few minutes before laying down for the night around 7pm. They sometimes cry for 5-10 minutes, but then drift off and sleep ALL night. In general we might get up once in the night once a week. Our usual reason is that the house has gotten too hot/cold and we need to turn off their ceiling fan or open their window depending. They will also wake up if it storms in the night, but those are the only things that seem to throw them off.

I want to mention too that up until 3 weeks ago they were drinking milk with every meal and snack. Because of Jack's poop issues he is now restricted to no more than 16 ounces of milk a day so they get water with snacks and lunch. They get no bottles, all sippy cups and do not usually take a cup to bed. If they do it is water and I would say that happens less than once a week. They have loveys in their cribs so they snuggle with those to fall asleep.

*edited to add in daycare pick-up*

Mine are about 15 m (april 20th and 4 weeks early)

They make noise (talk to each other) around 6:30

7:00am: I go say good morning and get them, I bring them into the kitchen put them in their high chair that reclines and give them 8 oz of milk in a bottle. i plan to let them have morning bottle until they are 18 m. I then get the rest of the food ready for the day and get my oldest ready and out the door.

8:00am Breakfast: Blue berry waffle w/ strawberry apple sauce spread on top and a cut up banana… this meal they have to do on their own so I don’t do oatmeal and yogurt yet (anything requiring a spoon YET)

8:30am I run 5 miles w/ them (99 cent store has helped w/ this and when they get board every few days… look odd new toy). I also have a sippy cup w/ milk attached to a “no throw” if they want something in this hour

9:30 home: roam the living room (that is now there play room) I have HW floors so this is the truck riding, hide and go seek under our dining room chairs, ball tent thingy in one corrner and our outside play house from Costco in the other corner room

We are transitioning naps right now, but 5 out of 7 days:

10:00-10:30go down for a nap (I offer sippy cup of milk before they go down…. Sometimes they drink a little sometimes they don’t touch it)

    11:30-12 wake up.

If they wake at 11:30 cracker and sippy cup of milk and lunch will be at 12:30 if they wake at 12:00 I do lunch right away

Lunch: always a protein, veggie, and fruit offered… they switch what they are off all the time… but I always offer it…

After lunch we run earns (I have a fresh sippy cup of milk w/ me whenever I go out). And I know it is not efficient in the gas department but I run one errand a day, Target one, market one, mall one, pharmacy one, car wash one day stuff like that… so they always love the adventure of the day

Back by 2:00, snack and a bit more play time (inside when very hot)

2:30- 3:00 nap… it all depends on moods and earlier nap when they go down

4:00 wake snack is offered they haven’t been eating it

5:00 dinner: protein (and since it is close to bath this is the messy pasta time if its on the menu). Veggie and fruit (even if its only defrosted frozen strawberries or peaches)

    6:00 Bath

6:30 cuddle time w/ dads help (and a 8 oz bottle)

7:00 bed and they go down for the night (unless cutting a tooth)

    7:00am wake & nurse
8:00am breakfast + sippy of milk
    9:00am nap #1
    11:00am-ish wake & nurse
12:00pm lunch + sippy of milk
    2:00pm nap #2
3:30pm-ish wake & snack + sippy of milk
5:30pm dinner + sippy of milk
    7:00pm nurse & bedtime

my rule of thumb is to try & offer 3 - 4 different food groups at a meal & 1 - 2 different food groups at a snack. they also have sippies of water available to them all day if they're thirsty. they probably only drink about 2 - 3 oz of milk from their sippies over the course of the entire day but that's fine as they're still nursing 3x/day.

Here's ours, but we're still at a solid 2 naps still:

    7am-wake up, sippy with milk
8am-breakfast (pancakes, cream of wheat, french toast, oatmeal, etc...and a fruit)
    8-10am-play
    10:15 or so-nap
12pm-lunch (leftovers or grilled cheese with turkey and a fruit)
12:30-2:30pm-play or go out (errands, mall, park, etc...)
    2:30pm-snack (yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc...)
    3-4:30-nap
    4:30-5pm-play
5pm-Dinner (whatever I've made for the family that day--meat, starch, veggie, and fruit)
6:30-Bath followed by sippy of milk
    7:30-Bed

Note: Those days the girls are in daycare, the routine from 8-5pm is different...sometimes they nap, sometimes they don't, but everyday dinner and the rest is consistent.

Here is ours at 14 months:

Wake 7am-drink 6oz of milk in sippy (1-2 oz of pedia-sure) with oatmeal and some waffles.
Play (on the weekends my husband takes them running)
    Nap 9-10am
10-11am play or go for a walk
11:00am Lunch-4oz of milk with protien (meat), peanut butter, whole grain bread, cheese, veggi's (Trader Joe's frozen medley's are great)
    Nap 12-2pm
    2pm play outside and/or walk
3:00pm-snack-4oz of milk with plain yogart with some flaxseed meal & bananna mixed in
    6:15pm bath
6:45pm dinner-7oz of milk with some puree of veggi's and meat and sometime more bananna!
    7:00pm bed!

Within the next few weeks I hope to move dinner up between 5-6pm and serve just some milk before bed.
Within the next few months I hope to drop the morning nap and move up lunch an hour which would mean a mid-morning snack/breakfast.

lol, we have made it this far w/out a schedule, but i geuss there's some sort of routine in what we do:

5:30-7:30 wake up (yes, it's really that big a gap at times!)

play at home, take a ride in the wagon, walk around our condo complex, eat some sort of breakfast (lately they are NOT into high chairs and oatmeal)

9:30-11:30 first nap for one to two hours(yep, it really depends on the day. most of the time, however, they at least sleep for somewhat the same amount of time, which is helpful!).

around 11:30 or 12 is lunch

we usually go somewhere after that

second nap usually starts around 3 and lasts an hour.

    play and hang out

dinner around 5:30 or 6 (unless we go out)

7 is usually when wind-down routine begins.

8-8:30 fall asleep--most of the time

    gl!

8-8:30 wake and sippy of milk
    8:30 breakfast
12:00 lunch with sippy of water
    12:30 nap
3:30-4 wake up and sippy of milk
4:30 snack and sippy of water
6:30 dinner with sippy of water

This changes depending on where we go that day as well. It's RARE that we never go somewhere during the day. Today I've added in Wal-Mart and pool.
