Well, Saturday we lost my 4 month old kitten as he fell asleep in hubby's wheel well and didn't get out when he started the truck. (Diesel engine and all) So he got run over. Unfortunately we were hosting a b-day party and I had to keep it together which is not easy right now anyway. So we got over that and then yesterday DH called me from the fields as he was cutting hay and told me my dog went through the discbine and died. SO NOT COOL!!! I waited years for this little girl and had her shipped here from Oklahoma. We had her for 2 1/2 years. She was the best little thing ever and we are all devastated. We buried her tonight and even our other old dog was upset and trying to get in the grave, it was horrible. It's awful even going outside cuz she was always there to play with and love us. My DD is really upset too. I still can hardly believe it.
The other thing is I have been spotting brown (old blood) since Tuesday. I went to doc and he says everything is okay but it's still there. I've been mostly laying down and trying to drink lots of water. I'm afraid of getting depressed as I am susceptible to it and especially just laying down all the time. I know things will get better because these little girls keep wiggling to remind me.
I just needed to vent, thanks for reading.

Oh my goodness! You are definitely due for a break. I'm so sorry about your pets. That must be so painful for all of you. I'm glad your doc says all is fine and that you are trying to rest. I hope the spotting stops soon and that you can get some peace of mind. :hug99:

so sorry for your little pets... hope the spotting stops. Try not to worry too much...lots of women spot periodically during pg. I've had a lot more than spotting this pg and everything is fine so far...

So very sorry. Since being pg., I have lost my jack russell, 6yo. Then I picked up a little stray female . She was black, with white paws and one blue eye and one brown eye..so super cute. I use to think that mutts were indestructable, but she got under my back tire to the truck and I ran over her...ooohhhh how I cried. Tearing up now.
I know what you mean about getting depressed, it seems easier to do being pregnant. Good thing you are drinking your water and that those babes are reminding you that they are there..And that things will get better. Think of it as them trying to cheer you up!
I hope good fortunes come your way soon. Take care.

I can understand how you feel only I had just had my DS when I lost my dog. My DH had got her for me after I lost the cat I had had for 14 years. She was my little princess I took her almost every where with me when I wasn’t working and was so excited when we moved to house where we would have a back yard for her. Just after her second birthday and not to long after I had my son she got hit by a teenager speeding down the road in front of our house. I watched the whole thing happen and was devastated because I had let her come out side with my mother and I and had only turned my back for a second and turned back around in time to see her get hit. I remember thinking if i couldn't keep her safe how was I going to keep my baby safe when he got older. My DH rushed her to a local vet hoping they could save her but she was too injured to save. I remember standing over my DS trying to change his diaper sobbing. I was lucky that I didn’t have to be around anyone but even now when I find a old picture or toy of hers I tear up.
Less then a month after she died my husband called me while I was visiting family to tell me he had came home from work to find my two year cat dead. For a long time I felt like I was in a daze.
Just try to remember all the good times you had with them. Over time it will hurt less. Being pregnant definitely makes everything worse unfortunately so when you start feeling sad give you DD a hug that helped me . I hope you feel better soon.
