for the past few days i have been nauseous for the first time in this whole pregnancy.
last night i came home from work, went to bed and woke-up at midnight and got sick. :(

i had some saltines when i woke up and had some iced tea and water. for lunch i had a very small amount of salad with some chicken on it and i'm feeling sick again.

im about 28 weeks and feel like poop. i just want to feel like myself. :(

 I was also one who didn't have morning sickness (just felt kind of yucky) but around 15 weeks I was VERY ill and had to get an IV of fluids at the hospital. I had a bug. You may have a virus or morning sickness could just be hitting you late. Hang in there and keep the saltines nearby!

Sorry you aren't feeling well
Did you eat anything funny or off? You could have a virus as the PP mentioned?
I got food poisoning at about 25 weeks & was so so sick :bad:
Either way, I hope you feel better VERY soon!

I have heard that some women do start getting sick again towards there 3rd trimester... Hopefully, you're not one of these women! I would try the crackers & maybe toast for a day or so. Small amounts of water. Yogurt if you feel up to it to get the bacteria back in check if you are throwing up alot.... Good Luck & hope you feel better soon!!!

Yep-I had about one blissful week that was vom-free then I started again. try the wet/dry rule. Don't eat wet and dry food together. (examples would be, no gravy (wet) on your potatoes (dry), no dressing on your salad, etc. and don't drink with your meals if you can manage it) My doc suggested this and I thought he was nuts, but it really helped.
BOL, hon! Hang in there. The best thing about pregnacy is that it's only temporary!
