Please help need support FTM....

[[SIZE=18pt]font="Franklin Gothic Medium"]Hi ladies i am a FTM of twin boys. I am currently 33 weeks preggers and am having a very hard time. I suffered a MC in oct of 06 before becoming pg with the boys. My dh and i were soooo very thrilled when we were blessed with 2 the second time around. I have enjoyed every second of this pregnancy and have felt so very gratefull to be carrying my boys. But with in the past week or so things have become so hard for me. Getting up, walking, every day tasks just are horrible to do. I am sooooo ready to have theese boys and i feel like it never going to happen. I know the longer they stay in there the better but, i really dont know how much more of this i can take. I am 5 foot and already weigh 204!!! I was pre pregnancy 120's! I have gained sooo much weight and my body looks sooo very diffrent. Im just having a hard time dealing now. Please dont get me wrong i love my boys more than anything in the world and understand tht the longer they are in there the better but i really dont think i can do it any longer. I cant sleep i dont have an appetite anymore even tho i do eat. I wake up every day thinking ok let today be the day PLEASE!! And the first sign of a painfull cramp i get soo excited but then it ends up being nothing. I am only a fingertip dialated and i know it wont be any time soon. I just hope and pray it is. Im sooo sorry this is so long but i really need some support. Thnx so much for istening to me. [/font][/SIZE]

 

First of all here are some big ((((((HUGS))))))))) for you! I am 5 ft 9 and I delivered at exactly 35 weeks. I can only imagine how uncomfortable you are considering you're height. You are exactly right in everything you wrote......it is very hard to be pregnant with multiples and it is a lot better for them to be as close to term as possible. Hang in there is all I can say because I know you will have those babies before you know it! I have a nephew that was born at 28 weeks. Everytime I complained and said I wanted my babies out my sister in law would get out the pictures of how tiny my nephew was and remind me of his struggles. (He is a normal healthy 6 year old now) Come here to post and complain all you want because we understand and sympathize with you!! Good luck!!

 

I can only imagine how uncomfortable you are but I do understand how conflicting it is to want them to hurry up and be here - Even though you know the longer they stay put the healthier they should be.
I am only 20 weeks and can still do most things and I even occasionally get frustrated. I'm sure I'll be ranting when I get to your stage in pregnancy. Hang in there - were all in the same boat - and I'm sure no one will mind if you post and vent as often as you like because we've all either been there or soon will be LOL. :hug99:

I understand your feelings, it is so hard at the end. But keeping those babies in is the best thing for them. I had to leave Hannah(my 2nd) in the NICU and it was completely heartbreaking. The waiting, pain, uncomfortableness, is all worth it when you are able to bring home 2 healthy little babies. :hug99:
