I know this has been asked but I didn't really read the posts b/c I didn't think I would ever need one. What are the big white fence looking things- playards? The Indoor kind. Cooper is pulling up on everything and needs constant supervision which as you all know isn't always possible. I'm worried about him hurting himself b/c he's already hit his head on the floor a few times and we have wood floors so I worry. I bought one of the puzzle type mats but it only covers a small space and he decides to fall in other spots. If we got one we would have to set it up in the living room b/c we don't have a playroom.

Does anyone have one of these?

Are they sturdy enough to pull up on?

    Do you like it?

When do you use it and what room?

    Are there diff brands?

I dont' have one YET, but have been doing a little research and I think I like this one the best. There is also an extention kit that goes with it. It looks kinda pricy, but I like that it has some activities. I have only been able to find it one line, but I have only checked babies R us and target. Some other stores may carry it?! I don't like those white ones, they just remind me of dog cages or something!

I have 2 of the ones PP put a link for. They rock! I only have one up now since the Christmas tree is in the way but they love it. When I have room I will put up the other and keep them seperate unitl they can play well together without eye poking. Then I will put it together and have a huge play yard! I have a superyard too which I think you meant about the white one. It is not near as sturdy and the new ones I got seem more inviting.

I like those! Is 1 big enough for twins? To make it bigger would I have to get 2 extension kits? I want to make it more of a rectangle shape. I'm going to call our Toys R Us and see if they have them. I know our Target doesn't b/c I shop there all the time.

I recommend you go with Superyard plus an extension.
You can get mats from sams (2 pkg)to fit under! It's a great solution!!

One is a perfect square (about 4.5 feet each side).I feel for twins two is great, a rectangle. You could put 2 in one but I don't because DS is a bulldozer and DD gets insulted. I got mine used- 2 for $100 in great shape, no shipping- from my moms of multiples club. An extension might help.

We used the Superyard as well. I had two extension sets but you can also buy another Superyard for the same price. It is sturdy enough to pull up on and easy to transport for use at the park, hairdressers, other people's houses, etc. I used it all the time until just a few months ago.

This is what sold me on this play yard. (I hope the link works, if not it a picture from a mom that posted a picture of her twins in the play yard with 2 extentions on amazon.com) Looks like lots of room for those two.

Has anyone been able to find the red/yellow/blue one in person? I see them online but most stores I've called do not have them. Also, where does everyone get those ABC mats? They don't have them at my BRU.

I think I have seen them at Sam's maybe?, but I know I saw the plain primary color ones at Lowe's the other day. I think they were 1.5x1.5ft squares in blue yellow red and green. I haven't seen the play yards anywhere in store. I'd be interested in seeing if anyone else has!

I ordered this one http://www.target.com/gp/product/B00021NX9...780-6793439from Target. I got one playard and 2 extensions. I couldn't find it in any of my local stores like BRU, TRU or Target. I just ordered it yesterday and one of the extensions is due to deliver tomorrow! I found the ABC Mat at BRU for $29 but I'm thinking of taking it back b/c my friend said that Sams has the reg mat w/o the ABC's. She also said once they start taking the ABC's out it's a PIA?
